Zest Therapies

Siobhan Ryan is the founder and Co-Owner of The Zest Therapies on Suffolk Street in Dublin 2. She is a highly qualified therapist working in her chosen field since 2004. She began her training in Ireland and furthered her studies in the UK. More recently she has trained with Club Physio in the field of Dry Needling Therapy. From a young age she has had a huge interest and passion for health and wellbeing, and regularly takes time out to practice yoga and meditation.
